The MTD8 is a 30A 16 On/Off Digital Programmable Timer with 18 Pulse settings and a manual on/off switch. The MTD8 has a lithium battery back up in case of a power failure. When installing the MTD8 for he first time, you have to press the reset button to activate the timer. The timer also includes a countdown mode.

 

Choose from a variety of digital programmable timers that are easy-to-use, quick to set and will maximise your savings. The introduction of a timer will improve your energy savings up to 66%. Switching the geyser off/on manually is not good practice as circuit breakers are not designed to be switched often and will eventually damage which can be costly to replace.
